Experience an evening of inspired cuisine as Chef Arnie Gonzales hosts a four-course dinner at Northern Lights Event Venue. Menu: -- Nectarine & Peach Burrata Salad Creamy burrata with ripe nectarines and peaches, served on a bed of arugula with fresh mint leaves and finished with basil oil -- Al Pastor Shrimp Sautéed Pacific Lush Shrimp glazed in al pastor spices, pineapple caviar, cilantro oil, and achiote-orange sauce -- Braised Short Ribs & Beef Cheeks Slow-braised to tenderness, served with red wine demi-glace, parmesan torch-crusted mashed potatoes, topped with crispy fried leeks and haystack carrots -- Champagne Crème Brûlée Silky champagne custard with a caramelized sugar crust, finished with fresh strawberries Please contact the restaurant to discuss any allergies, dietary restrictions or preferences.
